Sessions with the Surgeons – Monday 24th February:
Presentation 1: Body Contouring with Dr Raymond Goh.
Dr Raymond Goh will talk about breast and abdominal surgery in post-pregnancy women; Today’s body contouring techniques.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this activity, participants will be able to identify the indications for breast and abdominal rejuvenation surgery as it relates to post pregnancy women. They should be able to describe the relevant surgical procedures in general and practice the necessary analysis (history, examination, and investigations) to ascertain suitable surgical candidates.
Presentation 2: Facelift Techniques with Dr Adam Honeybrook.
Dr Adam Honeybrook is a registered medical practitioner & Specialist Otolaryngologist with substantial experience & training in facial plastic surgery & he will discuss the Deep Plane face and neck lift: How do the techniques vary?
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate proper patient selection criteria .
- Describe three key advantages of deep plane technique over traditional methods .
- Outline a comprehensive pre and post-operative care plan.
The learning outcomes from these sessions are suitable for GP clinical practices.
